The Starter Pack was a pack that was available in Blacklight: Retribution before the Parity Patch was released.

The Blacklight: Retribution Starter Pack comes stacked with gear, guns and other equipment and the best part is that you do not have to play hundreds of matches to get an attachment or gear permanent. Everything in the pack is absolutely permanent (disregarding the 7 day XP boost and the 3000 GP token, which are consumables)! It can be purchased on Steam for $19.99 USD or 2000 Zen in the Marketplace. This pack is perfect for new players as it includes a lot of in-game gear and weapons that can only be unlocked at a later level, and it is much cheaper than buying the items individually.

New Accounts:
- Go to https://register.perfectworld.com/account
- Create your account informantion
- Log into game and create your character
- Continue to Existing Account
Existing Accounts:
- Go to blacklight.perfectworld.com/redeem
- Enter your code, server and character then click submit
- Check your inbox in the game, you should receive the pack there.
