Currently, this item is not for sale and there is no way to change your name. All information below is outdated and was only relevant before the Parity Patch.
Playstation 4[]
In the recent years the Sony PlayStation Network has allowed name changes with their PSN accounts although this does not affect BLR profiles and the original name will appear when you play. The game was not designed with the capability to encounter name changes and the PS4 version is no longer being developed for and thus will not be fixed.
Original Information[]
The Name Change is an item available in the Mini Mart that allows you to change the name of your agent. As characters in Blacklight: Retribution cannot be deleted, this is the only way to change your in-game name. The Name Change is sold for 2000 ZEN.
